Our Founders
VIPrivate Care was founded by Mr. Terence Kerrigan and Ms. Tiffany Italiano with a shared mission to provide unparalleled care and service to every client and patient.
Mr. Terence Kerrigan and his partner, Tiffany Italiano, founded VIPrivate Care with a goal of providing the highest level of service to the company’s clients and patients.
To Terry and Tiffany, the vocations of advisory, coaching, consulting, nurse management, and critical care nursing never truly felt like work because they were authentically an extension of who they are as people: business operators, visionaries, caregivers, spouses, and parents.
Mr. Terence W. Kerrigan
In addition to founding VIPrivate Care, Terry is an award-winning triathlete who has competed in and won Ironman events across the globe.
His dedication to athleticism shaped his passion for physical therapy, guiding him into a life of wellness and recovery support.
Ms. Tiffany C. Italiano
Tiffany began her nursing career at New York Presbyterian, one of the nation’s top hospitals, where she led critical care teams for nearly a decade.
She then transitioned into the home care space, serving Medicare and Medicaid clients. Tiffany is now a sought-after Director of Nursing, respected by physicians, administrators, and families alike for her exceptional care and leadership.
